Almost all of us, regardless of age, would benefit from a body composition with more muscle and less fat. As you age, you develop 'anabolic resistance', meaning that maintaining muscle gets harder.
I know the frustration of feeling like you just can't shift the postnatal belly fat or lose weight, of feeling like you simply don't have the time to fit regular exercise into your already busy schedule, of feeling like you don't know how. But I will guide you through proven techniques that are easy to do around your regular daily activities, with one short class each week which will be live-streamed early enough in the morning that it shouldn't impact the rest of your day and can be accessed at any time that suits you!
